Aventure Aviation Announces Expansion
Aventure Aviation, an international aircraft parts supplier headquartered in Fayette County, recently announced that they are relocating to a new facility in Peachtree City.
“This move will be a true reflection of our stance in the growth of Aventure Aviation and our continuing commitment to augment the aviation business”, states Zaheer Faruqi, Aventure’s Owner and President.
Aventure will be moving into a new 15,000 sf facility in the Southpark area of the Peachtree City Industrial Park. The site includes an additional 2 acres for expansion room.
This prime location was selected due to its easy access to Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and Peachtree City’s Falcon Field Airport. The site, overlooking the city’s prestigious Planterra golf course, will be home to Aventure’s new facility in June 2008.
Planning for future growth, Aventure is amenable to leasing a portion of the new facility to businesses that may desire warehouse and/or office space. Interested parties can find available space ranging from 2,500 sf up to 7,500 sf. More information on the property can be found at FCDA’s listing for the property.
