FCDA's Expanded Feature: Commercial Listings

Looking for Industrial or Office space in Fayette County? The FCDA website is now better than ever, with updated features for commercial brokers and with new search capabilities for prospective buyers and tenants.

Always a cornerstone of the FCDA website, the Commercial Listings sections is now easier than ever. Now brokers can quickly post new listings of office and industrial sites and buildings in Fayette County. Simply go to www.fayettega.org, and select “Available Buildings and Sites” on the left side of the page. Then, at the bottom of the next page, click “Submit a Commercial Listing to FCDA”. Fill out as much site specific info as you can and click “Submit Listing”.

Once you get to the confirmation page, you can then submit any number of site photos and documents such as building plans, site maps and flyers. You can even submit a photo of yourself to accompany all of your listings and contact information.

And best of all, all of your listings are FREE!

For business owners, consultants and project managers looking for a new site, all of our listings are now searchable.

From our home page, click on “Available Buildings & Sites”. Then click on the orange “Search” button. From there you can limit your search by cities within Fayette County, acreage, square footage, price and whether it’s for lease or sale.

Or simply go the the “Available Buildings & Sites” and browse through all of our listings.
