Responsible for leading the structuring, underwriting, and negotiation of new real estate investments, development, and
third-party asset management. Additionally, responsible for the operations of 16 assets throughout the southeast with
total asset value in excess of $850M. Source and structure new real estate investments for a $175 million private equity
fund within the private development company. Report directly to company President.
• Negotiated multi-party transactions including a Public-Private Partnership with the State of Georgia,
• Closed complex transaction which required the extraction of a $40 million acquisition from a $650 million
syndicated debt facility.
• Structured the new business and asset management fees for $700M of real estate assets.

Participated in Shock and Awe combat operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. Led and managed safety program for 70
aircraft worth $2.1 Billion, 150 aircrew, and 1800 maintenance and support personnel.
• Led, supervised, and managed a team of 29 officers responsible for the landing performance of 90 pilots. Solely
responsible to aircraft carrier Commanding Officer for all aviation safety and landing performance matters.
• Recognized by Commander of US Navy’s Pacific Fleet as Landing Signal Officer of the year 2003.
• Awarded Navy Commendation Medal (fifth award) for safely leading over 5000 ship and air wing personnel
through a 10 month Operation Iraqi Freedom deployment without the loss of a single life.
• Awarded Air Medal for valor and heroic aerial performance during night combat operations in Iraq. Additionally
recognized for valor and meritorious achievement while destroying a key bridge in Baghdad.
2000 – 2002 STRIKE FIGHTER SQUADRON ONE TWO TWO LEMOORE, CA
Lieutenant; F/A-18 Super Hornet Instructor Pilot
Selected from among 300 fighter pilots for the initial instructor cadre of the US Navy’s newest and most
technologically advanced aircraft. Defined resource allocation, procedure standardization, and quality control
requirements for flight training operations. Flight demonstration team leader.
• Qualified 148 instructors and students in tactical employment of the Navy’s most technically demanding fighter.
• Developed squadron occupational safety program. Ensured compliance with all federal and civilian safety codes.
Created crisis response team to cover safety and mishap reporting for over $1.1B of aircraft and 400 technicians
and aircrew.
• Ranked number 1 of 37 instructor pilots in evaluation by commanding officer. Awarded Navy Commendation
Medal for exceptional tactical acumen and superb leadership of students and instructors.
1997 – 1999 STRIKE FIGHTER SQUADRON ONE NINE FIVE ATSUGI, JAPAN

Operated F/A-18 Hornet from the forward-deployed aircraft carriers USS Independence and USS Kitty Hawk.
• Awarded Navy Commendation medal for leadership and judgment while leading a strike that crippled Iraq’s
capability to conduct operations against United Nations Peacekeeping Forces.
