The Pinewood Studios $107 million, 10-year deal deal earned Fayette County its second “Deal of the Year” honor from the Georgia Economic Developers Association (GEDA). The studios opened in early 2014 and since then have hosted several blockbuster films such as Avengers: Infinity War, Spider-man: Homecoming, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Captain America: Civil War.
